Dresden is a tall girl that can't help looking boyish. If not for her girly voice, one wouldn't know she was a female at all. She has a very handsome yet girlish cute face that is mostly covered with scruffy bangs that stops at middle of her nose. Messy, yet thoroughly kept hair spike and chunk up to the nape of her neck. The girl's primary hairstyle is tall, teased spikes. She earned the nickname "Porcupine head" by West.
In and out of school, Dresden wears colorful fitting shirts (from polos to button-up), sneakers, superbly skinny-pants, and other "punk"/"scene" accessories. Her orange eyes are naturally piercing and half-lidded with thick, eyelashes and eyebrows.
To the dismay of regal adults , Dresden dons a trail of purple bridge barbell piercings from the nasal bone to the dorsum as well as ring piercings bordering the cartilage of her ears.
To be honest, this girl has trouble with keeping one look. She is always dying her hair and trying out new styles. >>>> »»Personality««Regardless of being raised in a wealthy mansion, Dresden retains a down to earth personality. She is a quirky kid with an icy, lulling voice in contrast to her playful manner. Her voice alone confuses people when they look at her; well, other than the question of her gender. When interacting with strangers, she doesn't hesitate to twist their mind around before introducing herself.
The girl is a practicer of self restraint however if made drastically upset or under pressure, she can be pressed to say harsh things; as going to the length where she will physically hurt anyone or herself. If such happens, it is known that funny jokes/distractions help lull her. Also, she thinks about the someone's feelings before talking for she is a caring individual that doesn't want to anger anyone. Dresden is also known for hiding true feelings for the sake of the greater good.
In drastic moments, Dresden seems to think about others more than herself, that characteristic alone is enough to get herself sick. If there's one thing Dresden hates, it's people who judge based on one's looks or economy status. She seldom finds her parents doing that very thing to their clients and workers.
Dresden balances her love for knowledge and technology. She is a bit of a technology nerd that enjoys gaming and the internet. In fact, her room is filled with game systems.
When it comes to things like fashion and entertainment, Dresden takes a lot of that in. She enjoys music as her favorite genre is anything alternative and hiphop. Her favorite fashion would be the "scene/punk" fad, which consists of bright colors, big hair, fitting clothes, as well as a cool "swag." Self-admittingly, Dresden is quite self conscious and needs to fix her hair 24/7, and even goes to lengths to look in the mirror every five minutes at herself. She dyes her hair every month and likes to look good.

History
Dresden was raised in Maghogany Town and spent much time in the ruins, studying with outcast-ed pokemon such as Gastly's or other dark/ghost types. Instead of having one of the typical starters, her first pokemon was a Gastly she taken a special liking for, and he her. She named it Pharaoh and Prof. Elm accepted that to be her pokemon. Six years later, and they are still going on adventures through-out the regions. Her skills were admitted to be of Elite Four material by those retiring status. They messaged her, asking if she'd take up the status of being the first Elite. The girl accepted, having nothing else to do with her life.
When Dresden isn't tending to the Pokemon League, she's out exploring and helping pokemon evolve. The Elite also serves as a apprentice to Professors across the nations and is on TV quite often. You can say she's a celebrity of sorts. The girl is known for her wacky attitude and style of humor. When it comes to contact, she's open and has a public line and a private line.
